I’ve been working on a small open-source project called claude-relay. It is a self-hosted server that puts Claude Code behind two APIs most tools already know how to talk to: the OpenAI Chat Completions API (/v1/chat/completions) and the Anthropic Messages API (/v1/messages). Both support streaming. If a library or app lets you change the base URL, you can point it at claude-relay and your requests run through Claude Code.
