I own a small Lebanese bakery in Melbourne, Australia. Like most small shops, the first we'd hear about a bad experience was a 1-star review, when it was too late to fix it. So I built Bad Review Shield for my own counter: Customers scan a QR code at the counter The big "Write a review" button for Google is always first and always visible. Nothing is hidden or filtered, so it stays within Google's rules Under it, a quiet line: "Had a problem? Message us privately." That message goes straight to the owner's email, so you can make it right while the customer still cares It's live in my shop now, and I'm opening it to other small business owners. Usually US$25 a week, but early owners get lifetime access for a one-off US$99, never billed again: https://perkspass.nulocaldev.workers.dev/lifetime-intl?r=RSIDEP01 I'm the founder, so happy to answer anything. Honest feedback welcome, especially from other shop owners. submitted by /u/nulocal [link] [comments]
